Age Requirements and Identification
Most shows at the Aggie Theatre require attendees to be 16 years of age or older and hold a valid form of identification for entry (a current state-issued identification or passport). The venue does not accept temporary IDs, school IDs, expired documents, or military IDs.
Photography and Recording
You cannot bring professional cameras with detachable lenses into the venue. Smartphone photography may be permitted, depending on the artist, but never flash photography.
The venue may also confiscate recording devices if used against an artist’s wishes, as individual artists control video and photography policies for their performances. Some musicians encourage fan photos while others restrict them entirely.
Food, Beverages, and Bar Service
No outside food or beverages are allowed, and even if you are 21, you cannot bring alcohol into the venue. The venue’s two full-service bars operate exclusively for guests 21 and older with valid identification.
Safety and Conduct
While the open-plan general admission area encourages freedom of movement, the Aggie Theatre does not allow anyone to stage dive or crowd surf. These activities endanger both participants and the surrounding audience members, so security staff will intervene.
You must wear shoes and a shirt to gain entry, but beyond this basic requirement, the venue maintains no specific dress code. For safety reasons, the venue reserves the right to refuse entry to intoxicated individuals or those behaving inappropriately.

Colorado prohibits smoking in most outdoor public places as well. Look for designated outdoor areas, or check the local ordinances before lighting up outside.
